Effective Date: September 4, 2026

Our Accessibility Goal
━━━━━━━━━━

CollectiveSQ is working toward making its public website reasonably accessible in accordance with generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, Version 2.2, Level AA, where reasonably applicable.

This statement describes a goal and continuing effort. It should not be interpreted as a representation that every page, document, video, third-party service, or website feature currently satisfies every WCAG success criterion.

Before CollectiveSQ represents that the website fully conforms to a particular technical standard, the completed website should undergo appropriate accessibility testing.

Measures We May Use
━━━━━━━━━━

  • Using headings in a logical order
  • Providing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Maintaining readable color contrast
  • Using legible fonts and adequate text spacing
  • Supporting keyboard navigation
  • Adding labels or instructions to forms
  • Avoiding unnecessary flashing or rapidly moving content
  • Providing captions or transcripts for important videos
  • Using descriptive link text
  • Structuring tables and lists properly
  • Allowing visitors to enlarge text
  • Reviewing pages on desktop and mobile devices
  • Correcting reported accessibility barriers

Accessibility should be considered whenever new pages, forms, images, videos, downloads, or training resources are added.

Training Videos and Educational Materials
━━━━━━━━━━

CollectiveSQ may offer recorded lessons, live instruction, downloadable documents, fictional exercises, and other resources through the Professional Training Institute, Paralegal Training Academy, Bilingual Training Library, or customized employer programs.

Depending on the program and available technology, accessibility features may include:

  • Closed captions
  • Written transcripts
  • Accessible lesson summaries
  • Descriptions of important visual information
  • Keyboard-accessible controls
  • Documents formatted for screen-reader use
  • Additional time for appropriate assessments
  • Alternative methods of accessing educational content

Participants who encounter difficulty using a training resource should contact CollectiveSQ to request assistance or discuss a reasonable alternative.

The availability of a particular accommodation may depend on the nature of the program, the requested modification, the technology involved, and whether the content was created or controlled by CollectiveSQ.

Candidate Applications
━━━━━━━━━━

CollectiveSQ seeks to make its candidate application and staffing process accessible.

A candidate who cannot use an online form, upload a résumé, participate in a standard interview format, or complete an assessment because of a disability may contact CollectiveSQ to request assistance or a reasonable alternative.

Requests will be considered individually. CollectiveSQ may request information reasonably necessary to understand and respond to the requested accommodation, but candidates should not send medical records or detailed medical information through a general website form.

Third-Party Platforms
━━━━━━━━━━

The website may include or link to services operated by third parties, including:

  • IONOS
  • Google Drive
  • Video-hosting services
  • Scheduling platforms
  • Social-media platforms
  • Employer websites
  • External forms or communication tools

CollectiveSQ does not control every accessibility feature offered by an independent third party. If a visitor cannot access information through a linked service, the visitor may contact CollectiveSQ to request assistance or an alternative method of receiving the information.

Known Limitations
━━━━━━━━

Some older files, externally supplied materials, embedded services, archived content, or employer-specific resources may not yet be fully accessible.

CollectiveSQ welcomes notice of accessibility problems and will consider reasonable corrective measures, prioritizing content necessary to request services, apply for opportunities, communicate with CollectiveSQ, or participate in an active training program.
