CollectiveSQ may change, expand, restrict, or discontinue any website content, program, service, or feature.

2. CollectiveSQ Is Not a Law Firm

CollectiveSQ is not acting as a law firm through this website and does not provide legal advice or legal representation to website visitors, candidates, employers, training participants, or members of the public.

Information concerning legal support roles, paralegal responsibilities, legal-office procedures, document preparation, intake, or professional training is provided for educational and staffing-related purposes.

Law firms and attorneys remain responsible for supervising all legal work, determining legal strategy, reviewing legal documents, communicating legal advice, and ensuring compliance with professional obligations.

Individuals seeking legal advice should consult a licensed attorney in the appropriate jurisdiction.

3. No Employment or Placement Guarantee

Submitting an application, résumé, professional profile, training request, or inquiry does not guarantee:

  • An interview
  • Acceptance into a candidate pool
  • Referral to an employer
  • A job offer
  • Placement
  • Employment
  • A particular compensation level
  • A specific work schedule
  • A particular classification
  • Continued access to opportunities

Employers independently determine whether to interview, select, engage, or employ a candidate unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.

CollectiveSQ may consider factors including qualifications, experience, language ability, availability, employer requirements, assessment results, communication skills, and professional conduct.

CollectiveSQ may decline to proceed with a candidate or employer inquiry when it determines that the opportunity, qualifications, expectations, or circumstances are not an appropriate match.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must provide information that is accurate, current, and complete.

Candidates may not:

  • Use CollectiveSQ materials to misrepresent qualifications
  • Attempt to bypass applicable screening or assessment procedures

Candidates should promptly notify CollectiveSQ if important information changes.

A candidate is responsible for reviewing the terms of any employment, contractor, consulting, or service relationship offered by an employer. CollectiveSQ does not make representations concerning tax, immigration, employment, licensing, benefits, or worker-classification consequences unless expressly included in a separate written agreement.

Candidates should obtain independent professional advice when appropriate.

CollectiveSQ does not assume the employer’s legal, ethical, regulatory, tax, cybersecurity, or supervisory obligations.

6. Staffing Introductions

CollectiveSQ may introduce employers and candidates based on the information available at the time.

An introduction does not constitute a representation or warranty that:

  • A candidate will meet every employer expectation

  • A candidate’s performance will be error-free
  • An opportunity will continue for a specific duration
  • The parties will be compatible
  • Information supplied by another party is complete

Each party must exercise independent judgment before entering an employment, consulting, contractor, or other professional relationship.

Any fees, replacement terms, direct-hire restrictions, payment obligations, confidentiality provisions, or other commercial terms applicable to a staffing engagement should be stated in a separate written agreement.

7. Training Programs

CollectiveSQ may provide videos, lessons, demonstrations, checklists, templates, fictional exercises, assessments, and other educational materials through the Professional Training Institute, Paralegal Training Academy, Bilingual Training Library, or customized employer programs.

  • Does not guarantee mastery of a particular skill

Participants remain responsible for following current employer policies and obtaining supervisory review.

Laws, forms, technology, filing procedures, and professional standards may change. Training participants should not assume that a lesson remains current for a specific assignment without confirming applicable requirements.
