The Experience Behind CollectiveSQ
CollectiveSQ was founded by Angel A. Castro III, a legal professional, entrepreneur, and bilingual professional whose career developed across legal services, business, translation, and professional education.
His path toward CollectiveSQ began long before the company itself. While pursuing his education, he developed independent businesses and gained experience working directly with clients and professional organizations. During law school, he expanded into translation and independent paralegal services, experiences that strengthened his adaptability, self-motivation, and understanding of client needs.
After law school, his paralegal work evolved into a legal-document and appellate printing business serving law firms. Through that work, he gained firsthand experience with the demands of professional offices—including deadlines, document quality, filing requirements, confidentiality, and the importance of dependable support.
His experience working in both the United States and Latin America, together with his professional work in English and Spanish, also shaped his understanding of the opportunities and challenges involved in connecting U.S. employers with Latin American professionals.
